Your enrollment will be deemed confirmed once:

• You have completed the registration process;

5. Payment Terms

5.3 Payment Terms

All course materials, including:

• PDFs

• Slide Presentations

• E-books

• Study Guides

• Assessments

• Software Tools
  are proprietary intellectual property of Tech Pragna or its licensed partners.

7.1 Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials strictly for personal educational use.

7.2 Restrictions

You must not record, reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize any course content. Any unauthorized usage will result in legal action and termination of access without refund.

8. Code of Conduct

You are expected to follow a high standard of discipline and professionalism throughout your association with Tech Pragna. This includes:

• Respectful communication with faculty, staff, and fellow learners.

• Zero tolerance towards harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior in online or offline settings.

• Compliance with examination rules and academic integrity.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including course suspension or expulsion.

9. Attendance and Certification

To be eligible for certification, you must meet the required attendance criteria:

• Online Courses: At least 75% attendance in live classes or completion of 75% recorded content.

• Offline Courses: Minimum 85% classroom attendance.

• Completion of assignments, quizzes, and final assessments is mandatory for certification.

10. Placement Assistance

For specific courses, Tech Pragna provides career guidance and placement assistance. However:

• Placement assistance does not guarantee job placement.

• You must fulfill performance and eligibility criteria to be considered for placement support.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Key highlights include:

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to:

• Arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

• The location of arbitration will be Bangalore, India.
